Staying at Sunwaree was quite the unique experience! The location offered stunning views and a peaceful retreat from the noise of the main party area on the island. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, which I appreciated, but the late-night music from nearby bars made it challenging to sleep. Overall, it’s a great value, especially with the complimentary boat service to the beach, but be prepared for some noise.
I enjoyed my stay at this resort, appreciating the stunning views and the beautiful snorkeling right at our doorstep. The staff was truly wonderful and went out of their way to accommodate requests. However, the location was a bit remote, making it inconvenient to go into town, and the rocky beach wasn't very appealing. Overall, it's a peaceful retreat but has some drawbacks regarding accessibility and the beach conditions.
This resort is a hidden gem, nestled in the jungle with breathtaking views and brilliant snorkeling right at your doorstep. The bungalows offer a cozy atmosphere away from the party scene, making it a tranquil getaway. While the food is reasonably priced and delicious, there are occasional noise disturbances from nearby festivities that might be bothersome, especially at night.
The resort is a beautiful getaway with stunning views and spacious, clean rooms, but there are some significant drawbacks. While the staff is friendly and the kayak rental is reasonably priced, the trek to the nearby town is arduous and the dining options are quite limited. Additionally, the loud music from nearby beach parties can be disruptive at night.
I really enjoyed my stay at Sunwaree Resort; the views from the bungalows are absolutely stunning and it felt like a peaceful retreat away from the busy nightlife. The service was helpful, particularly with the boat transfers to the main town, though the location can be a bit of a challenge due to its remote access. The rooms were spacious and clean, though some areas, like the bathrooms, could use a bit of updating. Overall, it's a great value for money if you want to escape the party vibe of the island.
